Crowns and Bridges:

Zirconia - Multilayer, combining strength and translucency suitable for single units and up to 3 unit bridges. For bridgework over 3 units we recommend a high translucent zirconia that can be monolithic or layered.

E.max - Lithium disilicate glass-ceramic which can create lifelike restorations. Strong, highly translucent and highly aesthetic, offering accuracy of fit, morphology and function. Monolithic or layered, it is essential to provide the stump shade.

Porcelain Bonded to Metal - quality layered ceramic to nickel free alloy. PFM restorations are still widely used as they offer strength, aesthetics, marginal integrity, predictability and excellent value for money. A wide range of alloys are available to suit every possible case scenario. Hypersensitive or allergic patients can have the choice of Titanium, Nickel and Beryllium-free or noble or high gold alloy copings.

Full Metal Crowns – non precious, 40%, 60% are the options for full metal restorations. Where 40% or 60% is prescribed the weight of alloy will be added to the invoice at current rates.

Flexible Dentures:

• Valplast and TCS materials are used for extremely comfortable partials.
• More comfortable, aesthetic and easier to insert than metal-based partials.
  
• Ideal for patients with acrylic or metal allergies or who would simply prefer a metal-free removable.
  
• Minimally invasive.
  
• Contraindicated when vertical clearance is limited to 4.0 mm or when abutment teeth have minimal undercuts or poor prognosis.
• Can be more difficult to adjust than acrylic, may stain or develop odours over time, patient denture hygiene instruction for cleaning is essential to minimise this.
• Adjustment burrs and flexible cleaning solution is available to purchase.

Implants:

• Screw retained, cemented or hybrid.
• Single units to full mouth rehabilitation.
• Cast abutments – veneered with porcelain or composite.
• Titanium base – CAD/CAM (adhesive bases for monolithic or laminated zirconium-oxide, lithium disilicate or ceramic-composite hybrids).
• Milled abutments – Metal (titanium or CoCr) or Zirconia.

 
All implant systems accepted, please be clear on the prescription what implant, platform and size. We can use your account for component ordering if you require specific implant company components to save costs.  
 
We have many years’ experience in a wide range of implants and have achieved Straumann Platinum Technician status.

Teeth in a Day / Same Day Teeth:
 
We are able to visit your clinic to assist chair side conversion. One of our GDC registered Clinical Dental Technicians will attend to facilitate the conversion.

Chrome Cobalt / Titanium Frameworks:

• Chrome cobalt remains an excellent solution for RPDs.
• High strength.
• Hygienic due to less mucosa coverage.
• Titanium frameworks need more bulk for strength and do not polish as well as cobalt chrome.
• Frameworks either to your design or one of our team will design for you.

Whitening Trays & Retainers:

Whitening Trays
Soft 1mm crystal clear with or without reservoirs (please specify).
The trays are fabricated using a specially designed resilient thermoplastic material.

Retainers/splints/mouth guards/night guards
Pressure/vacuum formed for precise fit. A wide range of colours is available for protective sports mouth guards.
